The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation said Wednesday that it has filed with a legislative review committee 12 proposed rule changes relating to classification rates, security fund contributions, retrospective rating and other matters.
The bureau is proposing that two of those rule changes, relating to public employer taxing districts, take effect on Jan 1. An additional 10 rule changes that will impact private employer premiums will take effect on July 1.
The rules will be reviewed by the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, made up of five state senators and five representatives....
