SCOTUS Sets Oral Arguments in Presumption Challenge State Now Calls 'Moot'

The U.S. Supreme Court next month will hear the Biden administration’s challenge to a Washington state law that presumes the compensability of certain conditions suffered by federal workers at the Hanford nuclear reservation. The nation’s top court will hold arguments in U.S. v. Washington on April 18. Washington State Attorney General Robert Ferguson on March 15 said the court should dismiss the case as moot after Gov.
