DWC Accepts Comments on SIB, Arbitration Rules

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is accepting comments on draft amendments to rules governing arbitration and supplemental income benefits. Draft SIB rules would modify one requirement for injured workers seeking SIBs to demonstrate an active effort to obtain employment. Injured workers can currently document their job search with applications.
