Barber Ruling Lets Commission Move Ahead, but Plaintiffs Plan Appeal

Insurers and regulators are praising a state appeals court ruling that rejected a constitutional challenge to Louisiana’s medical treatment guidelines, but claimants' attorneys say the case is far from over. “There will definitely be an appeal.
