West Virginia’s Intermediate Court of Appeals overturned an award of temporary total disability benefits for a worker who suffered an electric shock injury.
Dainel Smith worked for the West Virginia Parkways Authority. She suffered an electric shock from an earpiece while she was at work in April 2023.
