Insurance Committee Hearing Bills on Comp Reports

The California Assembly Insurance Committee will during an April 15 hearing discuss measures that would modify requirements relating to mandatory reports. Committee members will also discuss a measure that would extend the date during which the California Insurance Guarantee Association can issue bonds to cover workers’ compensation claim obligations.
