Court Upholds Finding That Worker Made Full Recovery

The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania ruled that a worker had fully recovered from her injuries from a fall and that her disability had ceased. Case: Lynch v. Downs Racing LP,  No. 456 C.D. 2024, 07/28/2025, unpublished. Facts: Barbara Lynch worked as a floor manager at a casino operated by Downs Racing LP. She fell while at work in August 2021, and Downs accepted liability for a knee injury.
