WCS Posts FAQ on Bill Giving First Responders More Provider Choices

The Nevada Workers' Compensation Section posted a list of answers to frequently asked questions about new legislation giving first responders more options when choosing a provider for heart and lung claims. Gov. Joe Lombardo in June signed SB 376, which allows police, firefighters and arson investigators to choose a treating physician, under certain conditions.
