Chamber Proposal Would Address pending Supreme Court Cases

The Florida Chamber of Commerce is circulating a draft of legislation intended to address two workers' compensation cases pending before the Florida Supreme Court and to tackle major cost drivers in the state's health care system, the state's top workers' compensation judge reported last week.
