Legislation that would streamline payment of any amounts owed to Medicare Part D providers at the time of a claim settlement has been reintroduced in Congress.
HR 1122, also known as the Secondary Payer Advancement, Rationalization and Clarification Act, or SPARC Act, is cosponsored by Rep. Tim Murphy, R-Pennsylvania and Rep. Ron Kind, D-Wisconsin. It is nearly identical to HR 6120 from last session.
