Construction Company Owner Sentenced for Workers' Comp Fraud

The owner of a Boston-area construction company has been sentenced to three years’ probation after pleading guilty to a workers’ comp fraud scheme that swindled more than $600,000 from insurance carriers and the federal government, the U.S. Department of Justice said in a news release.
