Pharmacy Recalls Year's Worth of Compounded Drugs, Faces Disciplinary Action

A San Francisco compounding pharmacy is recalling all unexpired compounded drugs it dispensed over the last year due to what it called a “lack of quality assurance” and is facing possible disciplinary action from the California Board of Pharmacy.
