University of Arkansas, No. CV-21-547, 09/07/2022, published. Facts: Michael Brannigan worked as an arborist for the University of Arkansas. He injured his back on Feb. 1, 2017, while using a backpack blower to clear the trails at Garvin Woodland Gardens in Hot Springs On the day of his injury, Brannigan saw Dr. Mark Larey and reported that he had back pain as a result of lifting and twisting while wearing the backpack blower....
