New WCAB Presiding Judge in San Diego

The San Diego office of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board has a new president judge: Cliff Levy, who was sworn in on Sept. 14. Levy will oversee an office that includes nine judges, 11 clerical staff, nine legal secretaries, three raters, one vocational rehabilitation consultant, two information and assistance officers and five court reporters, the Division of Workers' Compensation said.
