XL Capital Appoints Radulski as senior VP

XL Capital Ltd. announced Tuesday the appointment of David R. Radulski as senior vice president and director of investor relations. Radulski will report to Chief Financial Officer Jerry de St. Paer and will be responsible for the company's communications and relationships with investors and securities analysts.
