Virginia Governor Mark Warner, Senator Frank Ruff, Representatives from Clarksville, Chase City and Mecklenburg County along with other dignitaries were on hand November 5, 2004 to help cut the ribbon for ROES' new corporate facility. Governor Warner also presented Red Oak E-Commerce Solutions, Inc. with an original stock certificate to the Virginia Company, which founded and developed Virginia.
