CIAB Survey Shows Insurers Writing New Business

According to the latest Commercial Market Index Survey by The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers, there are signs that an appetite for new business is returning to the insurance marketplace after two years of tough underwriting and meteoric rate increases following the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
