Unlicensed Doctor Sentenced for Conducting Workers' Comp Exams

A 78-year-old Ohio doctor who conducted examinations on potential workers' compensation claimants - despite losing his medical license in 1991 - won't go to prison but must make restitution and pay a fine and court costs, the Toledo Blade reported on Monday.The newspaper said James E.
