They say don't mess with Texas, but prolific health care blogger Joe Paduda gave the Texas Department of Insurance a slap on Oct. 5 -- and kept coming back for more.Before the week was over, Paduda had blogged three times on his Managed Care Matters website pointing to flaws in the department's report cards on health care networks.
