The Workers' Compensation Appeals Board on Thursday clarified and modified its prior en banc decisions in the Almaraz/Guzman and Ogilvie cases with two new split decisions. The commissioners issued a 4-3 decision in the Almaraz/Guzman case, and a 6-1 decision in Ogilvie v. City and County of San Francisco.
