W.R. Berkley Appoints CEOs of Carolina Casualty and Regional Excess

W. R. Berkley Corp. on Tuesday announced the appointment of William E. Haines as president and chief executive officer of Carolina Casualty Insurance Co. Haines succeeds William F. Murray, who will now lead Regional Excess Underwriters LLC as president.
