Employers Benefit from Change on Covering Out-of-State Workers

Ohio businesses operating across state lines should be able to save on their future workers’ compensation costs under a change in the law that allows them to reduce the payroll they report to the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation if they carry workers’ compensation coverage for workers and operations in other states.
