In an opinion not certified for publication, California's Third Appellate District refused to require a police department to reinstate a police officer with an industrial permanent disability where the officer refused to complete various pre-employment tests.In Adrianne Pitts vs. Albert Najera, C047833 (12/05/05), the plaintiff worked as a Sacramento police officer from January 1996 to September 1997, at which point she injured her shoulder in the course of her employment.
