Calif. 3rd: Stress Temporary, Not Disability under FEHA

Stress-related problems triggered from a "distaste for one supervisor" does not constitute a disability under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, a California appellate court said. The 3rd District Court of Appeal ruled in favor of an employer when it dismissed a complaint of disability discrimination and failure to accommodate a disability under the Fair Employment and Housing Act.
