Aon Reports 3Q Net Income of $121M - Slight Drop

Aon Corporation (NYSE: AOC) Friday reported third quarter and nine months 2004 results. Third Quarter and Nine Months Review Net income per share for the third quarter was $0.36 for both 2004 and 2003. Net income from continuing operations was $121 million or $0.36 per share compared to $143 million or $0.45 per share a year ago. For the first nine months, net income per share for 2004 and 2003 was $1.40 and $1.30, respectively.
