Boehm & Associates Legal Staff Remains Available for Lien Negotiations & Informal Lien Teleconferences During COVID-19 Crisis

The WCAB issued on March 16, 2020 a modified hearing calendar that will be in effect through April 3, 2020. This modified hearing calendar comes in response to Governor Newsom's declaration of a state of emergency in California due to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis as well as public health officials recommendations for social distancing.
The modified calendar provides that no lien conferences or lien trials will be conducted at any Board during this period. The hearings will be continued, and the Board will provide notice of future hearing dates.
Boehm & Associates legal staff in both the Northern and Southern California offices remain available to discuss resolution of these, and all, lien claims. The attorneys and hearing representatives are working remotely may be contacted to discuss any and all issues relating to the lien claims that Boehm & Associates represents, whether or not a lien hearing is scheduled. Should defense representatives prefer, informal telephone conferences for participation by all interested parties can be scheduled quickly and at the parties convenience.
