Insurance and Risk Management Association Launches New Website Amid Coronavirus Pandemic

Long Beach, CA - July 30, 2020 - The Hispanic Insurance and Risk Management Association (HIRMA) announced today the launch of its new website, www.HIRMA.org, amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Over the past 12 months, HIRMA has emerged as one of the more consistently active associations serving the Risk Management, Human Resources, Health and Safety, and Workers' Compensation communities. The association is committed to offering thought-provoking virtual educational and professional networking events during the COVID-19 period, and beyond.
"The new online platform will enable HIRMA to maintain its constituents up-to-date on all HIRMA-related activity, including planning for the association's events," stated Founding Member and President, Ms. Damariz Rodriguez.
HIRMA actively engages the Risk Management, Human Resources, Health and Safety, Workers' Compensation and Legal Resources communities throughout its various online outlets.
HIRMA's Vice President, Carlos Luna, states, "The effect that this pandemic has had on the global workforce's mental well-being is both material and undeniable. Having a conduit to disseminate information about HIRMA's consistent, high-quality virtual educational and professional networking events will go a long way towards closing the gaps created by the feeling of isolation due to this health crisis."
In addition to featuring its Board of Directors' biographies and featured events, HIRMA plans to incorporate a blog to its website in the very near future. Visitors can "Follow" activity published on the site by registering online.
