As of May 1, 2023 Tobin Lucks, LLP will be opening offices in Northern California to provide continued defense of all Worker's Compensation matters statewide.

Joining the firm as an Equity Partner to manage the new Northern California offices is Greg Grinberg.  Greg is a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation who represents employers and workers' compensation insurers in all aspects of workers' compensation defense, including defense of Labor Code section 132a claims and serious & willful petitions. Greg has experience with large Insurers, TPAs and Self-Insured Employers in defense of workers' compensation claims.

Greg will be working from the Firm's office located in Burlingame, CA.  Joining Greg in the Burlingame office is attorney Sheila Cress.  In the Novato office, attorneys Al Romano, Karen Harbinson, and Carl Taber will be joining the firm.
