OPINION Defendant Maria Olga Salazar appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiff Northern California Collection Services, Inc. (Northern California). These audits resulted in statements that were sent to Salazar; Salazar testified that she disputed the statements and there was no evidence to the contrary. In light of the causes of action Northern California pleaded, the evidence it presented at trial was insufficient to show the amount due. Northern California presented no evidence on the question of whether or when Salazar challenged the bills.
