The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation adopted a form for carriers to use when reducing indemnity benefits paid to an injured worker when a previous injury contributed to the person’s condition.
The division posted a draft of DWC Form 033, “Request to Reduce Income Benefits Due to Contribution,” in April and adopted the form Wednesday.
