The Virginia state Senate on Monday sent a bill to direct the Workers' Compensation Commission to adopt a medical fee schedule to Gov. Terry McAuliffe's desk.
The Senate voted 39-0 to pass Senate Bill 631 by Sen. Frank W. Wagner, R-Virginia Beach, as amended by the House of Representatives earlier in the month. McAuliffe has until March 7 to act on the bill, according to the Senate's website.
