A man who ran the workers' compensation program for a nursing home in central Pennsylvania faces a conspiracy charge for allegedly soliciting kickbacks from a physician who worked at the facility, federal prosecutors announced.
Paul D. Polen, 71, was chief of operations at Susque-View Home Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lock Haven. Among other things, he ran the facility's workers' compensation program.
