Loss Costs Decreasing 32.8% Due to Bill Eliminating Payroll Cap

The Nevada Workers' Compensation Section on Tuesday announced that workers' compensation loss costs are decreasing by 32.8%, effective Oct. 1, as a direct result of a bill eliminating a payroll cap used to calculate premiums.
