Rate Bureau to Discontinue Hard Copy Fine Notifications

The North Carolina Rate Bureau said it will stop sending hard copy notices of policy detail and unit statistical report fines in July, and will instead makes those notices available online. Policy detail fine reports have been available online since June 2015, while USR fine reports have been available electronically since January, the bureau said.
