WCD Seeks Comments on Revised COVID Investigation Rule

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division on Monday afternoon announced that it is seeking comments on revisions to a draft rule that would require carriers to conduct a reasonable investigation before denying COVID-19 claims. Comments for the revised draft rules promulgated Monday are due by 3 p.m. Tuesday. Comments can be sent to fred.h.bruyns@oregon.gov.
