Court Removes Ruling on FairPay Settlement Enforcement Action

The Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit of Louisiana on Friday removed an opinion from its website that had granted a motion to enforce the settlement agreement between FairPay solutions and medical providers that had resolved accusations of racketeering pertaining to its bill processing services.
