Stakeholders Began Questioning Costs, Outcomes of CARF Facilities in 2003

A proposal to eliminate the preauthorization exemption for Texas accredited rehabilitation programs comes 15 years after stakeholders began questioning whether accreditation has any impact on return-to-work outcomes.
