Texas Mutual Insurance Co. announced Monday that a Travis County grand jury has indicted Robert Crow, Helen Crow and Coy Crow, all of Midland, on workers’ compensation fraud-related charges. The Crows operated Vanco Insulation, Inc., a Midland-based asbestos abatement business with wide Texas operations, the carrier reported.
