Medex Healthcare Inc. announced Wednesday that it hired Sandy Loncaric, formerly workers' compensation manager for the city of Anaheim, as director of workers' compensation and managed care.The company, based in Newport Beach, Calif., said Loncaric has 35 years' experience in workers’ compensation and claims management.
