Task Force Members Push For Ceiling in New Fee Schedule

Despite some disagreement, Delaware may be on the verge of adopting a new fee schedule to replace the one that’s been deemed problematic since changes to it in 2007.The only real sticking point remaining, according to Rep. Bryon Short, is the inclusion of an “outside measurement” that ties Delaware’s provider reimbursement costs to those of nearby states.
