Few computer users have gone long without some sort of glitch causing delays, do-overs or the pulling out of hair.
The New York State Workers’ Compensation Board is no exception.
The board announced this week that its much-touted virtual hearing system, which was tested for a year and is now available in most parts of the state, ran into some technical problems that caused some hearings to be postponed. With no way to record audio, judges had little choice but to reschedule.
