High Court: State Had Jurisdiction over Claims by 2 Ex-NFL Players

Maryland's highest court issued two decisions this week ruling that two former Washington Redskins players can pursue their claims for workers' compensation benefits in Maryland, even though they signed contracts saying they could do so only in Virginia and spent more of their time with the team at practices in Virginia than anywhere else.
