The owner of a Massachusetts window and gutter cleaning business pleaded guilty on Thursday to tax evasion and mail fraud in connection with a scheme to evade taxes and workers' compensation premiums by paying employees under the table, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
Richard Moxley, 67, is scheduled to be sentenced by U.S. District Court Senior Judge Mark L. Wolf on Aug. 17.
