The U.S. Department of Labor is suing an Ohio steel factory for allegedly firing an employee in retaliation for bringing up safety concerns to management. North Jackson Specialty Steel allegedly terminated the worker four days after he voiced his concerns that management's choice to shut off a safety feature on a furnace was putting employees in jeopardy, according to a Wednesday press release.
