The Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission has submitted five chapters of its proposed rules of operation to Gov. Mary Fallin and the state Legislature, according to the latest edition of the Oklahoma Register.
The commission, which came into being after the state passed broad workers’ compensation reforms during the 2013 legislative session, submitted the following new rule proposals for Title 810 of the Oklahoma Administrative Code:
