EK Health Acquires Directions Group

EK Health Services has acquired The Directions Group Inc., a South Carolina-based vocational rehabilitation company, effective Sept. 1. The Directions Group is now a subsidiary of EK Health, as the two organizations have officially merged as a provider of managed care services to the workers' compensation industry.
