The Association of California Water Agencies Joint Powers Insurance Authority is threatening to cancel the Central Basin Municipal Water District's policy, citing concerns about the number of claims filed against the district as well as recent news coverage portraying it in a less-than-favorable light, the Whittier Daily News reports.The water district has been roped into the scandal involving state Sen.
