Michael R. Drobot in a 2008 email to his father said two agreements with doctors were "illegal," according to court documents recently filed by California's State Compensation Insurance Fund.
The email was filed under seal June 15, as an exhibit to State Fund's reply in support of its motion to amend a civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act complaint filed against Michael R.
