Three-Member Panel Recommends Legislative Exemption for Reimbursement Rates

The Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation’s Three-Member Panel revisited its 2013 and 2011 recommendations in its biennial report for 2015, noting a significant drop in payments for repackaged drugs.
