An Atlanta-based food storage company agreed to pay $46,000 to settle a disability discrimination suit filed by a former employee who had alleged that the employer refused to provide her with a reasonable accommodation that would allow her to return to work.The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced that it reached a $46,000 settlement with Americold Logistics in the case of EEOC v.
